Description
A common wildflower that's native in central Texas is silverleaf nightshade, Solanum elaeagnifolium. Here I was taken with a couple of the plant's small fruits, which may look delectable, at least visually, but are poisonous. The reddish glow in the background came from a coral honeysuckle flower.
